TCA continues to explore opportunities to bring a U.S. Soccer Foundation mini-pitch to Tysons. We are evaluating potential locations and working with prospective partners and stakeholders to identify the best site for this future community amenity.

The mini-pitch is envisioned as a vibrant gathering space that encourages recreation, play, and community connection. Designed to support informal soccer and other active uses, it will provide an accessible place for people of all ages to exercise, socialize, and enjoy the outdoors.

As one of TCA’s planned recreational initiatives for Tysons, the mini-pitch reflects our commitment to creating small-scale, accessible public spaces that promote healthy, active lifestyles and contribute to a more connected, livable community.

National Partnership:
The Tysons Mini Pitch is part of a broader effort to expand access to safe, inclusive places to play through our partnership with the U.S. Soccer Foundation. The Foundation’s Safe Places to Play Mini-Pitch Program transforms underutilized spaces into vibrant community soccer facilities that promote physical activity, youth development, and neighborhood connection.
