Submit Your Event

Sharing your event on the Tysons Community Alliance calendar is a great way to engage with the greater Tysons community! Before submitting, please review our guidelines below to ensure that your event is published and properly promoted.

Submission Guidelines

  • Your event must take place in Tysons or within one mile of Tysons
  • Be sure to include as much information as you can about your event, including a title, event description, and any relevant links for more details or registration
  • All event submissions must include a high-resolution photo (at least 1280 x 720 pixels). If we do not receive a suitable image, we may use stock imagery in its place to promote the listing
  • Political events will not be accepted
  • Submit your event at least 14 days prior to its scheduled date to allow for review and approval
  • Once your event is submitted, it will be reviewed for compliance with our guidelines. You may be contacted for additional details or adjustments, so please keep an eye on your email
  • TCA is not responsible for content or event updates on external sites
  • NOTE: If major event details change post-submission or if your event is cancelled, please contact the TCA team at events@tysonsva.org as soon as possible so we can update your listing
