Lexi Cavada

Administrative Manager

Lexi Cavada has been a proud resident of Fairfax County for 20 years. She began her professional journey in restaurant management, overseeing both the front and back of the house in a fast-paced, high-end establishment. After transitioning from the restaurant industry, Lexi spent the majority of her career in residential property management, where she earned her Virginia Real Estate License. She managed rental homes throughout Fairfax County for a diverse range of clients, including foreign service members, military families, and investment property owners. After stepping away from property management to focus on raising her three young boys, she transitioned into the insurance industry, where she worked as a property field claims adjuster across the DMV area.

Driven by a deep passion for community engagement and improvement, Lexi joined the Tysons Community Alliance as the Administrative Manager in 2024. In this role, she leverages her experience and commitment to the local area to support and advance TCA’s initiatives aimed at enhancing the Tysons community.   

Favorite thing(s) about Tysons: Lexi enjoys attending family-oriented events hosted at locations such as The Boro, the Plaza at Tysons Corner Center, and Shipgarten.
