Join us for a FREE Rebound Trampoline fitness class with Club Studio.

Rebound is a high-intensity, low-impact cardio and strength class. We move to the beat of the music through bouncing on the trampoline and sculpting with weights. This class is great for our lymphatic system and improves balance, coordination, and flexibility.

Club Studio will provide the trampolines and all other gear; just bring some water!

Space is limited, and advanced registration is required
