TCA Presents ‘Paper Dreams’ at 1st Stage Theatre

TCA, in partnership with Bethesda-based Imagination Stage and with generous sponsorship of Macerich, will present four free performances of the beloved play Paper Dreams at the Tysons performance art theatre, 1st Stage Theatre, on Friday, April 18 and Saturday, April 19.
Directed by Kathryn Chase Bryer, the director of Imagination Stage and a Helen Hayes Award-winner, this whimsical, non-verbal dance-based play transports the audience into a magical world where two friends, living inside a wastepaper basket, discover the power of creativity and the beauty of mistakes. What unfolds from a crumpled piece of wastepaper is a delightful adventure that sparks curiosity and inspires creativity in young minds.
Paper Dreams is well-suited for children ages preschool through kindergarten and their families and offers a fantastic opportunity to introduce little ones to the magic of imaginative play.
