Associate Director of Budget & Administration

Lexi Cavada is an experienced operations and administrative professional with a diverse background spanning hospitality management, residential property management, and property insurance claims. A longtime resident of Fairfax County, she brings more than two decades of experience supporting clients, managing complex operations, and maintaining high standards of service.

In 2024, Lexi brought her operational experience and deep roots in the area to the Tysons Community Alliance, where she now serves as Associate Director of Budget & Administration. In this role, she oversees organizational operations, coordinates internal processes, and advances initiatives that enhance and straighten the Tysons community.

Favorite thing(s) about Tysons: Lexi enjoys attending family-friendly events at The Boro, the Plaza at Tysons Corner Center, and Shipgarten, and appreciates the energy and continued growth that make Tysons such a vibrant place to live and work.
