Stress to Strength: Reframe, Refresh, Renew

The Women’s Center
Get Tickets

Our reaction to stress matters more than the stressors themselves. If we can’t change the situation, can we change our reaction to it? How can we reframe stressors in a way that connects us to our values?

This workshop can build upon the previous workshop (Stress to Strength: Mindset Matters) or can stand on its own. In this virtual workshop, you will gain:
An understanding of how your body react to stress.
Practical ways to step back and make an effort to see stressors differently.
Reflection on real-life example

Please consider registering for Stress to Strength Mindset Matters on February 2 to start the discussion.
