Experience Body Fit Training outdoors! Join us every other Thursday for a FREE high-intensity workout that blends cardio and resistance training. Using bodyweight movements and a mix of functional equipment, each unique class is designed to build lean muscle, torch fat, and boost endurance. Get stronger, move faster, and energize your summer—all in the fresh air of The Boro.
