You are invited to our Annual Open House on Wednesday, June 12th from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center, 7901 Tysons One Pl, Tysons, VA.
It has been a significant year for Tysons and the TCA. From the launch of the Tysons Market Study and our strategic plan, “Connecting Tysons: A Collective Strategic Plan,” to hosting numerous events, like our Tysons Fall Mixed Market, we’ve been busy working towards our mission of further catalyzing Tysons’ transformation into a vibrant and inclusive urban center.
The Tysons Annual Open House will take place in Ballroom B of the Hyatt and provide you with the opportunity to learn more about what the TCA is working on. In particular, we will be sharing key highlights from our Annual Report and each department will be talking about the projects they are working on. A breakfast buffet will also be provided.
We hope you will join us as we celebrate our successes over the past year and share what’s coming next for Tysons!

Active and Sustainable Transportation
Tysons Corner Center has convenient multimodal access. TCA’s Explore Tysons: Walk, Bike, or Roll campaign has a special gift for you if you arrive by walking, biking, scooter, or using other active and sustainable modes. See a TCA Transportation team member to collect your gift at the open house.
Walking Information
The Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center is directly connected to the mall and The Plaza. The new pedestrian bridge over I-495 is connected by a trail located along Tysons One Place.
Biking Information
The closest Capital Bikeshare station is located near Vita on Tysons One Place. Check the Capital Bikeshare Map for a convenient station near you.
Bird Scooters
Bird scooters are available for rent in Tysons. Download the Bird app on the App Store or Google Play to locate and unlock a scooter for a convenient and eco-friendly ride to the event.
Metro Information
The Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center is conveniently located directly off the Silver Line’s Tysons station. After exiting the station, it will be a 3-minute walk.
Bus Information
Several bus routes service the Tysons area. Please refer to the Fairfax Connector for detailed schedules and routes.
Parking Information
Parking is complimentary for event guests in Garage E , which is located adjacent to the hotel. Once an available parking spot is found, there are two entrances to the hotel.
1) You can enter the hotel by making your way to Level Four in the garage and walking across the sky bridge. Once you’re at the front desk, take the elevators, closer to the restaurant, down to the ground level of the hotel. Guests can also take the two sets of escalators down. The event will be taking place in Ballroom B.
2) Guests may also make their way to the ground level of the parking garage and enter through the front drive entrance. Once inside, the ballroom is directly on the right.
Please note: If you park in the designated/gated overnight parking of the Hyatt, you will be issued a ticket and have to pay once you’re ready to leave.
