Lezlie Biggers

Director of Budget & Administration

Lezlie brings over 20 years of experience in budget oversight and planning, where she served several different roles within the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) in Washington, D.C., and as the Deputy Administrator for the Department of Transportation in Chattanooga, TN. Currently, as a part of TCA, she oversees the budget and administrative functions, leveraging her expertise in managing projects, budgets and people. Lezlie holds a master’s degree from American University and has completed certifications in public management from George Washington University as well as budget and finance from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies. 

Lezlie currently lives on Capitol Hill in D.C. with her husband and their dog, Mabel. She enjoys walkable neighborhoods and exploring towns and cities. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, baking, and improving her cooking timelines to host friends and family for dinner parties.

Favorite thing(s) about Tysons: The view from the Metro coming into the McLean stop, shopping (yes, she’s guilty of the Tysons cliché), the outdoor public sculpture garden, and the vibrant atmosphere of The Boro.
