Orpheus & Eurydice

Orpheus plays the most beautiful music mortals or gods have ever heard. He and Eurydice, a nymph, fall madly in love. Their worlds come crashing down when Eurydice is bitten by a snake. Though he can produce powerful music, Orpheus is powerless to save her from the snake’s venom and she dies. Heartbroken, Orpheus descends into the bowels of the Underworld, seeking his love once again. Can their love conquer death, or will Eurydice be left to waste away in the Underworld?
