 eries offering gentle sensory engagement\, guided mindfulness\, and facili
 tated nature connection practices. Participants will explore the renewal o
 f spring through a series of guided invitations that support wellbeing\, c
 alm\, and social connection. Tea and light snacks provided. Registration r
 equired. Additional Kindred Nature Waiver required to participate.\n\nIlan
 a Rubin is a warm-hearted\, experienced certified nature and forest therap
 y guide and the founder of Kindred Nature\, trained through the Associatio
 n of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs. Since 2021\, she has g
 uided restorative experiences with nature and community to foster resilien
 ce\, inner radiance\, and a sense of belonging. Ilana has guided programs 
 for clients including the U.S. Forest Service\, NOVA Parks\, the GW Office
  of Integrative Medicine and Health\, faith communities\, environmental no
 nprofits\, and other organizations as well as families\, couples\, and ind
 ividuals\n\n\n
