DESCRIPTION:An immersive\, multi-arts experience that elevates creativity\n
 \n\nCapital One Center Celebration of the Arts\, presented with Tephra Ins
 titute of Contemporary Art (Tephra ICA)\, is a two-day outdoor festival ha
 ppening October 4–5\, 2025\, in the heart of Tysons\, VA. Designed for a
 ll ages\, this immersive event transforms the streets of Capital One Cente
 r into a multi-block celebration of the arts\, featuring interactive insta
 llations\, hands-on workshops\, live music\, and culinary experiences for 
 every generation.\n\nWith streets closed for the weekend\, each zone of th
 e festival offers a unique creative experience. Guests can engage in parti
 cipatory artmaking with regional artists and arts organizations\, take par
 t in workshops designed for all ages and skill levels\, and discover unexp
 ected moments of creativity throughout the campus. The Virginia Museum of 
 Fine Arts’traveling ArtMobile will showcase Love\, Laughter\, Tears: An 
 Artist’s Guide to Emotions—a curated art exhibition featuring works fr
 om VMFA’s renowned collection spanning over 6\,000 years of global histo
 ry\, exploring how artists across cultures and time have expressed univers
 al human emotions through their work.\n\nThe festival features a full sche
 dule of live music performances\, a curated selection of food and dessert 
 vendors\, and dedicated beer and wine tasting experiences. The food and be
 verage district will also host culinary workshops and highlight the vibran
 t restaurant offerings within Capital One Center\, including Sisters Thai\
 , Ometeo\, Star Hill Brewpub\, Stellina Pizzeria\, and others.\n\nTephra I
 CA is the curator of a featured activation inside The Vault\, a 300-person
  immersive venue in Capital One Hall. This special installation will showc
 ase a VR art experience by artist Arden Bendler Browning\, blending contem
 porary painting with cutting-edge virtual reality to create a singular exp
 ression of immersive creativity. This is not your typical art festival—i
 t’s an invitation to create\, taste\, listen\, and explore. Whether you'
